Tournament entry requires no separate fee or registration step. Your account balance covers all participation. When you play Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, or Mahjong Ways during a tournament window, your activity automatically contributes to that leaderboard. You can access leaderboards on mobile via Android or iOS browsers, tablets, or desktop—all devices show identical rankings and live updates.
Tournament Scheduling and Eligibility
We publish tournament windows 48 hours in advance. Tournaments run for fixed durations—typically 24, 48, or 72 hours depending on the event. Daily leaderboards reset each midnight (Indonesian Standard Time). Weekly tournaments run Monday through Sunday. During Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi, we extend tournament windows to accommodate increased player volume.
Eligibility for leaderboards requires an erek mancing account with completed verification. Verification involves providing your national ID or passport, proof of address, and a selfie. Our support team reviews applications during business hours and typically approves accounts within one business day. Once verified, you unlock leaderboard access immediately—no waiting period or minimum deposit.

Android users can add erek mancing to their home screen via the browser's "Add to Home Screen" option, creating a shortcut icon that opens the leaderboard and game catalogue with a single tap. iOS Safari users can do the same through the Share menu → "Add to Home Screen." These shortcuts do not require app-store installation and remain accessible offline once cached.
Mobile-first access means no gatekeeping. You do not need to download anything or pass through app-store reviews to check your leaderboard position or join a tournament.
Account Verification and Payment Methods
Before accessing leaderboards, you complete a single verification step. We request your full name, date of birth, a copy of your national ID or passport, proof of address, and a selfie for identity matching. Our support team reviews these documents during business hours. Verification typically takes subject to verification to 2 hours; we notify you via email once approved.
After verification, you link a payment method for deposits. We accept eight options: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, and bank transfers through mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Digital wallets process instantly. Bank transfers typically complete within 1–2 hours on weekdays; weekend and holiday transfers may take longer depending on your bank's schedule.

Ties are resolved by earliest finish time; the member who reached that score first ranks higher. Once a tournament closes, the final standings freeze and results become historical. You can review past leaderboards indefinitely through the History section of your account.
Multi-City Leaderboard Coverage
Members across Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, and Semarang compete on unified leaderboards. Geographic location does not affect tournament eligibility or ranking. Server routing optimises latency for these regions, ensuring mobile play remains responsive. If you experience connection delays during a tournament, our support team can investigate or move your session to an alternative server.
Leaderboards are available only in jurisdictions where erek mancing holds gaming licenses and local law permits our services. If you are uncertain whether your region is supported, contact our support team before creating an account. We do not operate outside licensed jurisdictions.
Withdrawal and Account Security
Leaderboard participation does not restrict withdrawals. Your tournament balance remains your personal account balance; you can withdraw at any time through the same payment method you used for deposit. Withdrawal requests are reviewed by our compliance team to verify account ownership and prevent fraud. Standard review windows are subject to verification to 4 hours during business hours.
We recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) after your first login. 2FA protects your account from unauthorized access and is required before any withdrawal. You can enable 2FA in Account Settings under Security, using either SMS or an authenticator app.
